We’re delighted that SWF Research Officer Dr Stefanie Conradt has an article published open-access in Practical Theology journal. Entitled Reimagining pastoral care – a transition from the pastoral to the prophetic: learnings from the reflecting together project, she draws on her postdoctoral theological action research project that explored reflections on experiences of loneliness and social isolation of older people living in South Tyneside and the pastoral response of Churches Together in South Tyneside.
